Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our primary care medical practice and work in our in-office prescription medication dispensary. The technician will receive and process prescriptions, manage medication inventory, process pharmacy insurance claims, and assist patients with prescription-related questions. This pharmacy only serves our clinic's patients: Prescriptions from providers outside our group are not accepted, so dispensing volume is lower and more streamlined than a retail pharmacy. Because the dispensary is part of a primary care practice, staff in this position will also support medical office operations, including Medical Assistant and front office responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate has pharmacy experience combined with medical assisting and/or medical administrative office experience in primary care and is comfortable working with a diverse team in an exciting and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Starting hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, with potential transition to an annual salary following the introductory/probationary period. Target annual compensation range: $42,000-$48,000.

Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole are highly preferred.
