McDougall’s Drug Store Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will receive prescriptions, verify accuracy, input into the system, and handle payments. You’ll also manage inventory and respond to customer questions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organizational skills, and an active technician license. This on-site role offers a full-time or part-time schedule with a flexible arrangement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive written and faxed prescriptions from patients and doctor’s offices, verify information, and input into the system as needed.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of all medications in the pharmacy.
• Receive incoming inventory, verify accuracy, log it in the system, and put it away as needed.
• Maintain proper pharmacy records, including patient profiles, inventory logs, and more.
• Accept payment for prescriptions and small transactions.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries, referring to the pharmacy as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team at McDougall's Drug Store Pharmacy! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, checking for accuracy, and inputting that information into our system. You will also be accepting payments for prescriptions, receiving incoming inventory, and answering customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
