Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy at Mid-State Health Center, Bristol, NH. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm with a lunch break.

Primary responsibilities include filling prescriptions under supervision, inventory management, and coordinating with the pharmacist to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Strong communication and clerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NH Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• 6+ months of pharmacy and prescription data entry experience.
• Reliable transportation to the Bristol, NH site.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
• Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist.
• Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
• Verify stock and enter data to maintain inventory records."
• Assist the Pharmacist to keep the pharmacy compliant with regulations.

Job description

Pharmacy Technician – Supports pharmacy functions at Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy.

Location: Mid‑State Health Center – 100 Robie Rd, Bristol, NH 03222

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Lunch 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $16–$29 per hour for full‑time employment. Pay is determined by local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications and other factors.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of New Hampshire
• Reliable transportation
• 6+ months of pharmacy and prescription data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
