Job summary

Walmart Neighborhood Market in Blue Springs, MO is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Associate to help customers with prescriptions and health products. You will input and process prescriptions and deliver friendly, accurate service in our store pharmacy.

This role offers weekend and evening shifts (Mid-Shift, Closing) and access to benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. You’ll join a team dedicated to safe, efficient pharmacy operations and patient care.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies.
