Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a CSC Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations under the CSC Pharmacist and CSC Pharmacy Logistics Manager.

You will handle repackaging, receiving, order picking, staging, stock replenishment and shipping of pharmacy items, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for customer orders. Relevant certifications are preferred and state registration is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• State Board of Pharmacy Registration required.
• National Pharmacy Tech certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in medication and supplies.
• Put away and replenish items to storage and picking locations.
• Assist purchasing or accounts payable with receiving discrepancies.
• Accurately process, pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Prepare shipments of legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices.
• Complete accuracy checks on picked items and document on quality logs.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As the CSC Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily CSC Pharmacy tasks, under the direction of the CSC Pharmacist and CSC Pharmacy Logistics Manager. You will complete pharmaceutical repackaging, receiving, order picking, staging, stock replenishment and shipping.

What you will do in this role

• You will receive and check in all medication and supplies

• You will accurately processes, picks, packs, and stages all customer orders.

What qualifications you will need

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technician training program is preferred.
• Pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
