Actalent seeks an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Abilene, TX. You will oversee a small team in a busy compounding pharmacy with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM–6 PM and a pay rate around $26/hour, with a range of $25–$32/hour depending on qualifications.

Active TSBP registration and technician certification are required, along with at least one year of experience and prior leadership or supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Active TSBP registration is required.
• Pharmacy technician certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Leadership/supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
