Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and fills medications, surgical kits, and supply carts.
• Prepares sterile compounds and IV admixtures including hazardous medications.
• Fills and labels medications per a computer-generated profile.
• Delivers medications to units and retrieves discontinued meds.
• Maintains inventory and rotates stock to minimize waste.
• Reconciles controlled substances and documents transactions.
