Job summary

Sam’s Club in Grand Blanc, MI is hiring to provide Member service, assist with purchases, and operate the cash register while promoting Walmart’s products and services.

You’ll help with prescription and OTC orders, stock Pharmacy supplies, and maintain documentation per company policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide Member service by acknowledging Member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Process member purchases and payments using POS systems.
• Maintain the Pharmacy area and process prescription and OTC orders per policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area following procedures.
