The role supports patient profiles, insurance forms, and operations with robotic dispensing systems. The candidate should have a Florida certification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Florida certification/registration in relevant field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stocking.
• Receive prescriptions, fill/verify, and ensure accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Enter data and maintain patient profiles.
• Operate and monitor robotic dispensing machines.
• Process medical insurance claim forms.
