Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician (Part-time) to support store pharmacy operations and patient service. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, follow SOPs, and assist in immunization-related duties where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Active enrollment in high school may be acceptable where allowed by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy while ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation, including production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off.
• Assist pharmacists in inventory management and vitamin/medication supplies within legal guidelines.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy by following SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support immunizations and related services as permitted by state regulations and training.
