Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and phone interactions.
• Perform basic inventory tasks, including cycles counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for patients and colleagues.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
