Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Operates cash registers and processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges; handles different membership and payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy space following procedures and logs.
• Completes work priorities by using policies and data, collaborating with teams, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress.
• Complies with policies, ethics and integrity by applying Walmart standards and open-door policy.
