Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with state retail/pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient typing; neat, legible handwriting and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medication from inventory and input patient data into the pharmacy system.
• Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Complete paperwork for filling prescriptions and purchasing drug orders.
• Order prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department and stock inventory.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and provide customer service with confidentiality.
