Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy, dispensing prescriptions and performing clerical duties under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. Location: 445 3rd Ave. SW, Albany, OR 97322.

Hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Mon–Fri. Primary responsibilities include processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Oregon.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
• Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Receive and store pharmacy supplies; process wholesaler orders.
• Verify stock and enter data to maintain inventory records.
• Assist pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Perform clerical duties related to the department.
