Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment, process purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges for different membership and payment types.
• Provide Pharmacy products and services to Members by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining documentation.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize the space, and complete paperwork and logs as required.
• Complete work priorities by using policies and data, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and addressing improvement opportunities.
• Comply with policies, ethics, and integrity standards, using the Open Door Policy and creating a culture of belonging and teamwork.
• Deliver customer-first service, make data-driven decisions, and strive for continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
