Job summary

Good Pill is hiring a Pharmacy Technician II + Customer Support in Georgia to fulfill prescriptions and assist patients. The role combines hands-on pharmacy duties with proactive patient support to ensure a smooth experience and accurate processing of orders.

You will manage inventory, answer inquiries, and help patients navigate our systems. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 9:30am–6pm, near Lawrenceville.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a high-energy retail setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication via phone, text and email.
• Startup environment; able to drive process improvements and adapt quickly.
• Proficient with pharmacy software, customer management platforms, and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming medication orders with precision from donated drug inventory.
• Accurately fill prescriptions by repackaging unit-dose drugs into patient vials.
• Oversee inventory: remove expired items, update software, and order supplies.
• Answer patient questions via phone, text, and email; troubleshoot accounts or meds.
• Assist patients with account setup and using online tools.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed.
