University of Utah Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support clinical pharmacy services by maintaining stock, preparing and delivering medications, and assisting with IV therapy and specialized tasks under a Pharmacist supervision.

You will enter prescriptions, run reports, operate automated dispensing devices, and provide customer service across Pharmacy locations. This role may involve training other staff and coordinating narcotic activities.

Competenze

• 6 months experience as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
• Current Pharmacy Technician licensure in the State of Utah.
• Ability to perform essential functions and assist pharmacist as needed.

• Assists the pharmacist in advanced tasks associated with patient care.
• Effectively manage supplies of the department.
• Problem solves operational issues within the department and organization related to the medication use process.
• Assists in education and training of staff and other trainees.
