Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- State Board of Pharmacy license must be non-expired.
- Active certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is necessary.
- Experience in pharmacy, medical office, or healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately for patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and phone interactions.
- Learn about specialty diseases to assist patients effectively.
- Enter patient, medication, and billing data accurately into systems.
- Support team improvements and contribute to a positive work environment.
