Job summary

Sam’s Club in Wichita Falls, TX is hiring a team member to deliver exceptional Member service and support Pharmacy operations. You will assist Members with purchases, process payments and handle returns, and help keep the Pharmacy area stocked and organized.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork and a commitment to the Walmart values, with consideration for shifts and the hourly wage range of $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Member service in retail or pharmacy-like environments.
• Ability to assist with purchases, inquiries and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases.
• Process payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Supply and maintain Pharmacy area, stock merchandise and complete documentation.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and maintain paperwork.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet priorities and goals.
• Uphold integrity and Walmart values in daily actions.
