Job summary
Samaritan Pharmacy-Lincoln City, part of Samaritan Health Services, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists with medication preparation and labeling. The role involves a range of technical tasks under supervision in a community pharmacy near Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, Oregon Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility, and related training or experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician license required or eligible.
- Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.
- Experience and/or training as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
- All job offers contingent on passing pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assists pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling.
- Performs a broad range of technical support functions under supervision of a registered pharmacist.
