Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services in Boca Raton, FL, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for an onsite, closed‑door facility. All patient interactions will be over the phone. You’ll work in a high‑volume environment with comprehensive training provided alongside the training team.

Responsibilities include maintaining facility profiles in QS1, coordinating with facilities, and ensuring accurate MAR/PO updates. Requires FL tech license and ~1+ year experience; benefits are provided for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute).
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with medication administration records.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain facility profiles in QS1 and communicate with facilities for resident profiles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility staff and route service issues to marketing/operations.
• Create and implement Standing Orders or MAR print options; customize QS1 options as requested.
• Navigate eMar platforms to troubleshoot and resolve issues with customers.
• Work with prescribers and facility staff to maintain active prescriptions for residents.
• Update monthly Medication Administration Records and Physician Orders for facilities.
• Communicate prescription questions/issues with physicians/office staff as needed.
