Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preference for experience in retail pharmacy or customer service.
• PTCB certification preferred or pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in prescription processing and pharmacy duties.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a courteous and helpful customer experience and assist customers with questions.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving and stocking of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Assist with clinical services as needed and maintain proper labeling and documentation.
• Participate in training programs to earn and maintain PTCB certification.
