Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy or customer-facing roles.
• Proven math and counting abilities for prescriptions.
• Familiarity with computer systems and pharmacy software is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices is desirable.
• PTCB certification or active pursuit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in filling prescriptions and obtaining patient information.
• Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage cash registers.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Help with inventory management, stocking, and warehouse overages/shortages.
• Support clinical services coordination and communication with healthcare providers.
