Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision and support pharmacy operations.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a friendly, distinctive customer experience.
• Enter patient and drug information, assist with dispensing, and schedule workflow.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow quality procedures.
• Maintain cash handling, point-of-sale and OTC assistance as needed.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Assist with clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local medical communities.
