Job summary

Home Life Healthcare Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented packaging technician to accurately fill medication orders and prepare labels per prescription directions. You will assist with inventory control, restocking, and maintaining clean workstations.

The role requires good communication, organization, and familiarity with medication procedures. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, and you will complete required training and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction.
• Excellent organization to handle orders and inventory accurately.
• Outstanding customer service when assisting prescribers and patients.
• General knowledge of medications and physician orders as required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Count, seal and label prescription cards.
• Pull drugs and match NDC to prescription labels.
• Return inventory to proper place.
• Assist in upkeep and cleanliness of each workstation and the facility.
• Properly fill each individual order accurately.
• Maintain production levels as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain all quality assurances as they are given.
• Assist in keeping adequate stocking levels.
• Knowledge of RX computer system.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
