Job summary

Trustaff is seeking a Pharmacy Tech to work closely with a pharmacist to ensure the health and safety of patients by locating, dispensing, packing and labeling prescribed medications for review by a pharmacist before dispensing to patients.

Travel assignments offer opportunities at facilities nationwide with weekly pay, licensure reimbursement, CEU assistance, and travel support. Candidates typically need 1–2 years of recent experience and an active license in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help

About this job

As a Pharmacy Tech, you will work closely with a pharmacist to ensure the health and safety of their patients. You'll locate, dispense, pack, and label a prescribed medication for a patient that is then reviewed for accuracy by a pharmacist before dispensed to the patient.
