The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy Academic Fellowship offers a path for PharmD or PhD graduates to gain teaching, scholarship, and service experience. Fellows will be mentored and engage in teaching, learning projects, and college committees while potentially participating in clinical pharmacy activities within UK Healthcare.

The 2027-2028 fellowship supports mentoring by college faculty and opportunities to enroll in masters-level education courses while developing academic careers.

Qualifications

• PharmD with Kentucky license or eligibility
• PGY1 residency or equivalent fellowship
• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or pharmacy outcomes

Responsabilités

• Teach and facilitate lectures within PharmD/graduate curriculum
• Engage with residents and APPE students on rotations
• Participate in curriculum service activities (iCATS, PaCE, etc.)
• Conduct scholarly research in teaching and learning
• Attend faculty meetings and education workshops
