Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in or eligible to become licensed within 4 months of hire date in the state the team member is working.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from ACPE-approved college; PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, system management, project coordination, or related business management; pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy systems/projects, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and cost alignment.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Assess feasibility through research and stakeholder engagement; prepare charter and WBS documents.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans to meet business objectives.
• Facilitate project closure and transition deliverables to operational teams; drive process improvements.
