Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an assistant to support pharmacy staff in filling incoming prescriptions and providing quality customer service. The role includes stocking inventory, restocking workstations, printing delivery manifests, and scanning medications to the correct bins.

Housekeeping and mandatory training completion are required, along with other assigned duties. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for AS degrees or higher and some hospital or retail pharmacy

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: Hospital or retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy staff in filling prescriptions.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers.
• Assist in stocking of inventory from supplier orders.
• Restock workstation filling supplies.
• Print delivery manifest.
• Scan medications to proper bins.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a professional environment.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
