Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support the pharmacy team with prescription filling and customer service. The role includes stocking inventory from supplier orders and restocking the workspace with supplies.

Responsibilities also cover scanning medications, printing delivery manifests, and maintaining a clean, professional environment while completing regulatory training and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy staff in filling incoming prescriptions.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers.
• Assist in stocking inventory from supplier orders.
• Restock workstation filling supplies.
• Print delivery manifest.
• Scan medications to proper bins.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a professional environment.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
