Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. in New York seeks an entry-level Pharmacy Support Associate to assist pharmacy staff in filling incoming prescriptions and provide quality customer service.

Duties include stocking inventory, restocking workstation supplies, printing delivery manifests, scanning medications to correct bins, and performing housekeeping to maintain a professional environment. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; AS degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or currently enrolled.
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to all customers
• Assist in the stocking of inventory from supplier orders
• Restock workstation filling supplies
• Print delivery manifest
• Scan medications to proper bins
• Perform housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional environment
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
