Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a pharmacist supervisor to lead centralized and satellite pharmacy operations. You will manage medication inventories, ensure accurate dispensing, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, residents, and interns to maintain high standards of patient care.

The role requires a Pharmacist license (RPH) and a minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Day shifts, full-time, on-site at a Florida facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• 3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) is required; Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all pharmacist functions, leading services in assigned areas.
• Manages medication inventories, prepares and dispenses patient-specific doses.
• Supervises pharmacists, technicians, residents, and interns; prioritizes workflow and checks technician activity.
• Participates in drug safety activities and patient-centered care programs.
