• Performs medication inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and expiration date monitoring.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide patient education on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Contributes to maintenance of patient medication profiles and electronic health records.
• Supports pharmacy team in medication reconciliation and medication therapy management activities.
