St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to supervise staff, enforce policies, and optimize pharmacy services. You will manage site-specific information systems, support budgeting, and coordinate payroll and HR activities.
Qualifications include a B.S. in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D., with 1–2 years of supervisory experience and strong interdepartmental communication. Equal emphasis on patient safety and service excellence.

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible to supervise all staff personnel activities. Enforces all pharmacy departmental policies and procedures. Helps develop departmental procedures with assistance from pharmacy staff members and personnel from other departments to ensure optimal delivery of pharmacy services. Manages site-specific pharmacy information systems. Performs daily pharmacist activities as needed. Performs duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Exertional activity - Occasionally lift and/or carry 50 lbs. Frequently lift and/or carry 25 lbs. Being able to frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds is often more critical that being able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. Stand and/or walk at least 6 hours in an 8-hour work day. Very few medium occupations in the national economy are performed primarily in a sitting position.
Nonexertional activity - Stooping (bending at the waist) and crouching (stooping and bending at the knee) -required frequently in most medium jobs. Handling (grasping) - required frequently in most medium jobs. Fingering (fine manipulation) - required only occasionally in most medium jobs. Important: The functional capacity to perform medium work includes the functional capacity to perform sedentary and light work. Frequent fingering and handling. Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of objects weighing up to 35 pounds. Occasionally stooping and bending. Rarely crouching and reaching above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation, high and low frequency. Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and visual monotony.
B.S., Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
1-2 years supervisory/management experience.
