Specialty Rx, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a dedicated full-time associate to support daily pharmacy operations, including stocking, packing, and shipping medications, under supervisor guidance.

This position helps maintain pharmacy standards and delivers quality service to customers. The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to multitask across tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
