Job summary

Precision Medicine in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Shipping Associate to join our Compounding Pharmacy team on-site. You will help pack, fill, and ship orders, supporting accurate pharmacy fulfillment in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Site Leader and contribute to safe patient care by maintaining inventory accuracy and efficient shipping workflows. Experience in packaging or pharmacy operations is a plus; teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic are highly

Qualifications

Familiarity with packaging operations and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to be flexible and meet different needs throughout the shift, including packaging, shipping, or filling.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Strong reliability, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Utilize different technologies to accurately pack, track, and ship packages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy; be flexible to support different needs throughout the shift, including packaging, shipping, or filling.
Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and workflow needs.
