SelectQuote Insurance Services in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Shipping Clerk to prepare outgoing shipments, receive incoming orders, and organize stockroom operations on a production floor. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate packing equipment and Microsoft Office.
You will coordinate shipping schedules, maintain inventory records, and support SelectRx’s high-touch logistics process for pharmaceutical services.

The Pharmacy Shipping Clerk or Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory.
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Obtain and process orders including receiving deliveries registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company
- Maintain the company stockroom by organizing cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments
- Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
- Handle issues arising in shipping and inventory handling
- Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and solve them
- Place merchandise in a storage system by packaging lifting items as necessary and operating lifting equipment and pallet jacks for large goods
- Performs duties and responsibilities according to the philosophy and standards of SelectRx including conveying courtesy respect enthusiasm and positive attitudes in work situations with clients peers and visitors
- Maintains client and associate confidentiality
- Responsible for understanding all applicable policies and procedures of the department necessary to perform essential job functions as well as the associate handbook

This position involves work in a production or warehouse environment and requires regular presence on the production floor.

- Reoccurring bending stooping reaching and climbing stairs or ladders
- Use of hands and arms for handling operating or monitoring equipment
- Ability to move position or transport materials or products weighing up to 15 pounds with or without assistance
