Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a pharmacist leader to oversee day-to-day clinical and distributive pharmacy services at the Fort Myers site. You will supervise staff, liaise with Nursing and Medical teams, and ensure safe, efficient patient-centered operations across acquisition, storage, preparation, and distribution.

Qualifications include PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college, hospital staff supervision experience, Florida Pharmacist license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited college.
• 3+ years as a staff pharmacist in hospital setting preferred.
• Florida Pharmacist license and BLS certification.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy staff operations and productivity.
• Liaise with Nursing and Medical staff to ensure safe, effective services.
• Manage medication acquisition, storage, preparation, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and hospital policies.
