• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on the cash register and provides courteous, fair checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision with dispensing and patient information entry.
• Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to company policies.
• Maintains store counters, merchandises shelves, and handles inventory and pricing.
• Handles third-party prescription claims and clerical duties as assigned.
• Supports pharmacy department on inventory management and ordering activities.
• Delivers exceptional customer service in person and across areas such as photo services.
