Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Selmer, TN is hiring a Part-Time Pharmacy Associate to support customers with prescriptions and health needs in our store pharmacies. As a pharmacy associate you will focus on providing excellent customer service, assist customers with their health concerns, and process prescriptions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing; hourly wages range from $14 to $27, with potential additional incentives and benefits.

Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for providing customer service in our store pharmacies.
