Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #394 in Moulton, AL is seeking part-time pharmacy associates who will focus on helping customers with prescriptions and health needs. You will provide customer service in our store pharmacies, supporting pharmacists and teammates.

Hourly wages start at $14 per hour and go up to $27 per hour, with additional annual or quarterly incentives, premiums, paid time off, health benefits, retirement plans, and education programs.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
