Wal-Mart is seeking a Pharmacy associate in Everett, PA to handle customer service related to prescriptions and health needs within our store pharmacies. This part-time role supports customers with their pharmaceutical needs and ensures a positive shopping experience.

Compensation includes an hourly wage with potential performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits program. Availability includes Opening and Morning shifts, with benefits such as health coverage and paid time off.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
