Job summary

Healthcare Marketing Group, LLC seeks a Pharmacy Relationship Manager to grow our savings program by educating pharmacy staff and medical offices on patient savings.

This role includes visiting healthcare professionals in your area, building durable relationships, and driving revenue through account management and new opportunities. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with monthly bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience preferred.
• Sales skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue.
• Reliable transportation; partially remote role with field visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate Pharmacy staff on patient savings up to 80% on prescriptions.
• Provide Savings Cards by engaging with medical offices and educating staff.
• Create, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy staff and healthcare providers.

• Educate Pharmacy Staff about how their customers can save up to 80% on prescriptions
• Provide Savings Cards by engaging with medical offices and educating Office Staff about how their patients can save up to 80% on medications
• Create, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
• Sales skills with a proven track record
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (building strong relationships)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
• Reliable transportation (this position is partially remote and you will be visiting medical professionals in your area)
