Job summary

Healthcare Marketing Group, LLC seeks a Pharmacy Relationship Manager to grow and sustain customer relationships by educating pharmacy staff and healthcare providers about savings cards offering up to 80% off prescriptions.

The role involves visiting medical professionals in the San Antonio metro area, building partnerships, and driving revenue through training and ongoing coaching. Partial remote work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Educate Pharmacy Staff about how patients can save up to 80% on prescriptions.
• Provide Savings Cards by engaging with medical offices and educating staff on savings.
• Create, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers.
• Visit medical professionals in your area to expand coverage and revenue.

What does a Pharmacy Relationship Manager do?

• Educate Pharmacy Staff about how their customers can save up to 80% on prescriptions
• Provide Savings Cards by engaging with medical offices and educating Office Staff about how their patients can save up to 80% on medications
• Create, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers

What you need to qualify:

• Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
• Sales skills with a proven track record
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (building strong relationships)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
• Reliable transportation (this position is partially remote and you will be visiting medical professionals in your area)
