A leading healthcare marketing firm is seeking a Pharmacy Relationship Manager in Athens, Georgia. This role involves educating pharmacy staff on cost-saving opportunities for customers and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. Ideal candidates will have proven sales skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities. The position offers comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and monthly bonuses, along with the potential for great commission. You will have the flexibility to oversee accounts independently, with some remote work expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred but not required.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Educate Pharmacy Staff on savings opportunities for customers.
• Engage medical offices and provide Savings Cards to educate Office Staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers.

What does a Pharmacy Relationship Manager do?

• Educate Pharmacy Staff about how their customers can save up to 80% on prescriptions
• Provide Savings Cards by engaging with medical offices and educating Office Staff about how their patients can save up to 80% on medications
• Create, build, and retain relationships with Pharmacy Staff and Healthcare Providers

Requirements

What you need to qualify:

• Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required
• Sales skills with a proven track record
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (building strong relationships)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently to oversee accounts and increase revenue
• Reliable transportation (this position is partially remote and you will be visiting medical professionals in your area)
