Responsibilities

• Provides in-person and telephone reception to patients.
• Receives new prescriptions and refills with proper data entry.
• Enters required prescription and patient information into PIMS.
• Processes prescription refill requests and communicates with providers as needed.
• Handles cash transactions and maintains cash register accuracy.
• Maintains organized work area and assists pharmacy personnel with clerical tasks.
