Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a Pharmacy technician.
• Requires National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Knowledge of third party prescription program claim adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Process prior authorization requests from pharmacists and physicians.
• Engage with physicians and pharmacists for formulary compliance.
• Capture clinical information for Prior Authorization requests.
