Job summary

Walmart’s Pharmacy team is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern to gain hands-on experience and support patient care in a community setting. You’ll learn how to assist with prescriptions, engage customers, and uphold privacy standards while aligning with HIPAA guidelines.

As an intern, you’ll contribute to a busy pharmacy environment, develop relationships with customers and team members, and participate in community outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Preferred Immunization Delivery Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of information and records according to policies and guidelines.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing needs and guiding clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
