Walmart Pharmacy in Wichita, KS is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern to gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting. You’ll support patient care, help with prescription processing, and learn best practices in customer service and medication safety.

You will work under supervision, uphold HIPAA/PHI guidelines, assist with inventory, and participate in outreach activities. This internship offers exposure to clinical therapies, personal development, and a pathway toward a professional pharmacy

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Familiar with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Willingness to assist with prescription processing and patient care.

Responsabilités

• Process prescription and OTC orders under supervision.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing needs and assisting with therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and guidelines.
