Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern for our pharmacy team. You will gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy, supporting patient care, processing prescriptions, and contributing to a customer-focused environment.

You will learn about pharmaceutical care, assist with OTC orders, and collaborate with the pharmacy staff to deliver safe, compassionate patient service while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification - Preferred.
• Commitment to HIPAA/PHI guidelines and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Help process prescription and OTC orders.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing needs and guiding therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Maintain and organize the pharmacy area and inventory.
